This Is Me

Long time no blog! I am several layouts behind, so I’m going to work on getting them posted. I like this one quite a bit.

Let’s talk about the layout.

• This layout was my inspiration for the design. I really liked the flowers on the inspiration piece, but instead of using texture paste, I stamped and colored mine with gelatos. I think it looks nice, but I am still new to gelatos. I’d like to see if I can get them to blend a bit more. Something for the future.
• I like the little pieces I used to embellish this page: the doily, the flair, the fabric sticker, and the tickets. Layering really does so much to improve a layout.
• I’m still loving gold, so I used gold accents.
